Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Lior Pick is the CEO and Co-founder of NOVO DR. Lior brings over 32 years of experience in strategic management of Digital Radiography business and has been one of the leading figures in innovative Portable X-ray Inspection Equipment for the last 3 decades. Lior led the development team that first introduced portable digital radiography to both the Security & NDT markets, designing many of the cutting edge and “world’s first” products that have become the industry standard today.
Adar Yiron
Co-founder & COO
Adar Yiron is the COO and Co-founder of NOVO DR. Adar brings over 21 years of experience in International Sales & Marketing management in the Digital Radiography business. Adar served as Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing for the leading company in Portable X-ray at the time, and headed up the Security and NDT sales divisions, the Marketing strategy and the MARCOM team, prior to founding NOVO DR.
Alex Weizman
Co-founder & Senior Software Architect
Alex Weizman is the Senior Software Architect and Co-founder of NOVO DR. Alex brings over 24 years of experience in Digital Radiography software development. Alex has been the Chief Software Engineer for state-of-the-art Portable X-ray Inspection systems leading the software R&D team and designing the software architecture in this field for over 2 decades.
Yossi David
VP Operations
Yossi David is the Operations Vice President at NOVO DR. Yossi brings over 15 years of experience in operations management conducting & managing the inventory, purchasing and supply chain. Yossi has a decade of experience in leading procedures and transactions towards industrial and systematized operations.
Ari Diamond
VP Sales
Ari Diamond is the VP of sales at NOVO DR bringing over 28 years of experience in the EOD International Sales of Digital Radiography business and is well known throughout the EOD/IED community. Prior to NOVO DR, Ari worked for 19 years (15 of them as CEO) at one of the leading companies in the field, and also worked for Israel’s premier security robot company as Int’l Vice President of Sales.
